Copycat Hooters Hot Wing Sauce

3 Sticks Butter, softened
1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons Tabasco Sauce
3 Tbs. Brown Sugar
3/4 tsp. Paprika
3/4 tsp. Salt
1 Tbs. Balsamic Vinegar
3/8 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
2 Tbs. Chili Sauce

Mix all ingredients together. This will store well in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.  Use this sauce to make Hooter’s Hot Wings.

    I also have a Copy Cat recipe of Hooters Wings and Sauce but yours seems to have more ingredients. I will have to give yours a try sounds really good with the additional ingredients.

    I actually prefer to use Texas Pete’s hot sauce in place of tabasco as I think texas pete has a better flavor, and I also like to use honey in place of half or all of the brown sugar. But definitely a great flavor with this recipe.
